Quick answers to common questions.
For children under 10, a parent must be present in the building but not in the session. Older children attend independently. Family workshops are the exception where everyone participates together.
We offer a satisfaction guarantee for the first two sessions. If your child isn't enjoying the programme after two weeks, we'll refund the remaining term fee in full.
All instructors hold enhanced DBS checks and relevant educational qualifications. Many have backgrounds in teaching, finance, or youth work. Full credentials are available on request.
We provide catch-up materials for any missed sessions. If a child misses more than two sessions, we can arrange a brief one-to-one catch-up at no extra cost.
Yes, we reserve a number of scholarship places each term for families who couldn't otherwise afford our programmes. Contact us confidentially to discuss eligibility.
Siblings within the same age bracket can absolutely join together. We offer a 15% sibling discount when two or more children from the same family enrol.
